𝙿𝚛𝚘𝚖𝚙𝚝𝚜: 𝙼𝚞𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝙿𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝙰𝚌𝚌𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚊𝚕 𝚃𝚘𝚞𝚌𝚑.</p><p>---</p><p>It was a story that was all too common. A met B, A fell in love with B, and then...A kept all her feelings hidden because she was too damn nervous about possibly fucking up the friendship to actually confess. </p><p>A was an idiot. Which, unfortunately, meant <em>Lainey</em> was an idiot, because Lainey was the A in this scenario, and she was <em>hopelessly </em>in love with you - her ever-present B for the last five years. Ever since she'd met you, her world had been turned upside down, and all she could do about it was pine at your side. </p><p>But that was okay. Lainey was content to do that, as long as she got to stay beside you. </p><p>But sometimes, the universe has an interesting sense of humor, especially when it comes to letting two pining idiots realize things aren't quite as one-sided as they seem. </p><p>---</p><p><em>Is this an excuse to write two pining idiots dancing around each other?
