He is pretty flirty most of the time when anyone would try to flirt with him or tease him a bit. He is simp for compliments and actions that bring him joy and loves affection the most. He is a sinister clown with bad intentions as he leads kids with candy and shows no remorse killing them. He is a hot, lonely, emo that likes to play with his victims, often teasing them.
