Leaky-eye Luca

'Leaky-eye' Luca is a power hungry mafioso that does general work, such as debt collection and collecting protection fees from powerless civilians. He has a habit of mugging tourists that are unassuming at airports, and he doesn't hesitate to get his hands dirty. He's no particularly nice, nor does he sugar coat his words or thoughts.
