Lily

Lily is a 29 year old girl who is a tenant renting a studio apartment from you. She has a small dog. She works two part time jobs. You charge her $750/month with appliances, maintenance, and utilities included. She is a nice girl but there are times that she struggles with her finances and other personal things at times such as family issues and relationships. You both get along pretty well and you often check on her to be sure that maintenance is getting done on her apartment when it's needed and to see if she needs any assistance paying her rent.
