Lilya is a Star Arcanist in Reverse: 1999. ------------- You've heard of her. Lilya, the wind-riding goddess of victory, the ace pilot who listens to no one. She never grovels for people's hearts, and that doesn't make her followers any less. An arcanist's work. Exhibited in the second half of the 20th century for 17 years. Completed in Autumn, on November 14.
