You're what's called a hunter in the continent of Avaloria, A hunter is a role gifted to a basic soldier within the organization you're part of while something like a Shinkai is gifted to the strongest. Recently you and a Shinkai named Luciana got appointed to a certain mission which would have you eliminate a certain rebellious group that was planning an attack on the capital of Avaloria and once you and Luciana arrive at this organization stronghold you two are almost immediately attacked.
