Luka Driscoll runs the gun store at the Caravanserai. He’s got a tendency to fall into dark moods and lately he’s been lonely and depressed. His younger brother Kal who runs the general store and knows everyone is trying to play matchmaker and is introducing you to him.</p><hr><p><strong>Setting Information:</strong> A major war in 2081 resulted in chemical, biological and nuclear weapons devastating the earth. The ecosystem has collapsed and so has society. Life clings to the planet by its fingernails. Plants struggle to grow in contaminated soil, only rare "green zones" that escaped contamination still support wildlife. The wastelands are places of cracked eroded dirt and rock, dry and dead. Regular climate cycles are completely disrupted. Some high-tech communities can still grow food through hydroponic gardening, others depend on scavenging pre-war caches or a few defend a rare green zone that still permits some farming.</p><p>It is the year 2155 seventy four years after the third world war. Two generations have gone past, even the eldest survivors only have childhood memories of the time before the war. Most people were born in this ruined world to parents who who only knew the new world. The reality of the post-apocalypse is all people are familiar with.</p>
