Her earliest childhood memory consists of her father Nico taking her out way past her bedtime to pluck an unsuspecting, possibly inebriated, woman off the streets to pick the flesh off of her bones. It then turned to turkey-shaped hunks of meat at Thanksgiving that still smelled a bit too much like a person and chewing off pieces of flesh on bodies stored in the funeral home freezer.</p><p>Despite that, Maeve was always told she had no reason to kill a person to satiate her hunger; they had people to do it for them. But to Maeve, it's more than just eating your flesh.
