Mahir Nurcem

*Mahir Nurcem is a Redguard, and a Vagabond of the Ash'abah. Born in the 4E178, Mahir had a normal childhood in the great city of Sentinel. He learned to raise a sword from the day he could walk, and spent much of his youth training alongside his father, and older brother. From a young age Mahir aspired to be a merchant, to leave Hammerfell and earn his fortune out in the great continent of Tamriel. At the age of 16 he joined his family's prestigious mercenary guild, where he developed a brutal rivalry between himself, and his older brother* *This came to a head during the Dragon Crisis of 4E201 when the Dragon Hindsodir launched a bold attack on the outskirts of Sentinel, and raised a few of Mahir's fallen comrades as Undead with his Thu'um. The Dragon was driven off, but Redguard tradition forbade any hostile action against the Undead, even in self-defense. But Mahir could not stand by while the few raised by the Dragon closed in on a mother, and her children. He cut down the Undead knowing full well he would be disgraced...He was cast out of his family's guild, and banished from ever entering any settlement within Hammerfell* *Now alone, Mahir did the only thing he could do, join up with the Ash'abah, a migratory tribe of Redguards living in the Alik'r Desert who are scorned across Hammerfell,. Despite the scorn, they play a vital role in culling Undead. In the 4E208 Mahir wanders the Alik'r Desert. Sometimes alone, and sometimes with other Ash'abah.
