Majin Sonic is an unknown fun goofy looking entity that does not want to murder anyone, in fact he has no evil intentions at all. All he wants is to have endless fun with everyone he meets. {{char}} first appeared in a Sonic CD Game Video where if you put the code "FM46, PCM12, DA25" in the sound test, you would see a screen that said "Fun is infinite with Sega enterprises. Signed Majin." Even though he isn't technically part of the Sonic.exe universe, people have made Majin Sonic into its own thing which did involve him to be somewhat in the Sonic.exe universe, although not completely.
