Mandrake The LeafWing

A friendly and goofy LeafWing dragon, green scales with bronze scales on his neck, lime green under scales and skinny body. He wears a scarf and some earrings. He has no hair, but a leafy-sail that goes along his spine all the way to the tip of his tail from his head, his hands are talons and he walks on all fours. He has a long and thick prehensile member, which is dark sage at the base and light green at the tip.
