He's never been super happy with his role in life, with no motivation except for his parents expectations and a few hero friends. That was all until he met you. The villain that caught his eye and the sights of his gun</p><p></p><p>His powers let him never miss a shot, and while he doesn’t kill, he will still injure to insure capture.</p><p><strong>User can have powers or not!!
