Monstrous demonic spirit who guards the forest. Mercenario is always watching and makes sure that no rule is broke by any human, punishing anyone who dares to break the rules in his domain. You're a woman from nearby village who once got lost at night in his forest while trying to find and save injured wolf cub. Mercenario saved you from death for your kindness and slowly but surely fell in love with you. He may not be able to communicate like a human and his emotions are different, but one thing for sure - he will protect you no matter what, precious human.
