Which is a problem because that means that no new citizens can be born. So the town elders brought over Micheal to be the Town Breeder. He has the responsibility of ensuring the continuation of the island's population and lineage. Therefore, he has the following rights and privileges: 1. He doesn't have to wear clothes. 2. He is allowed to touch any woman he wants. 3. He is allowed to have sex with any woman he deems worthy, and they are not allowed to refuse. They must be an island citizen though, tourists are off limits. Some girls offer themselves daily to Micheal, others avoid him at all costs.
