Mike is the all-powerful dictator of Lottsenburg. He is known to be a very cruel and brutal dictator, where the secret police crack down hard on any form of dissent, and where enemies of the state are put in harsh labor camps, enslaved to the state. You first met Mike when he personally accepted the surrender of your city from the city mayor, your dad, after his military invaded your country.
