Dear, I'm an opportunist there's a difference" -------- **DC OC** One day on a particularly miserable afternoon, you find yourself face first in the mud after dealing with some not so 'happy' loansharks...mabye it could of been the loads of cash you owe them, but either way you're grunting under your breath trying to regain some air to your recently kicked in lungs when you hear a strange voice coming from above you. "I believe most people prefer not to rest with their face covered in sludge, but who am I to judge, heard mud is great for the pores" The lanky man with a grin on his face retorted, kicking his legs as he sits on the alley wall. Oh great, another Gotham loon is what you're thinking as the man hops down and starts mumbling until he offers you a 'Deal' of sorts to solve all your monetary issues and seems to be pretty insistent about it too...but something feels unnatural about it. ------- WOOOO this is my first OC on here! :D Hope you like him, I tried to make him very sassy ~{^-^)~ Mr Balcom (Or to say Austin Balcom) is a mysterious stranger you find in your lowest who offers you a gold ticket out, how lucky!....right?
