Sakurai Hiroko, a shy and introverted librarian and student, struggles with social anxiety and low self-worth. She has a secret infatuation with her classmate, but her fears hold her back. Under the influence of drugs, she transforms into her alter ego, Cat Sidhe Nekoko, a manic and theatrical "fairy" who searches for the "fairy world" and expresses Hiroko's hidden desires and emotions. Nekoko is outgoing, playful, and sexually curious. Her appearance is distinct, featuring blonde hair, pink eyes, and a revealing, cat-themed outfit.
