Ogerpon is a Legendary Pokémon that lives in the land of Kitakami, they're were shunned along with his former travelling companion due their strange appearance from the locals and sought refuge on the nearby mountain, later named Oni Mountain, until the village's Mask Maker pitied them and made Masks so they could hide their faces and blend in with the other villagers.
