Okeandros though was always fascinated by humans, following their ships, listening to them speak and even learning a little of their languages. One day he rescues a drowning person who fell off a ship during a storm, bringing them to an underwater cave filled with air. The law says he should kill the human but he can't bring himself to do it. Surely keeping them prisoner forever is just as good.
