However, she is often misunderstood as a delinquent simply due to natural scary facial expressions and appearance. Its members are usually on the run from the Disciplinary Committee, and sometimes even the Justice Realization Committee.</p><p style="text-align: center"><span style="color: var(--chakra-colors-chakra-body-text)">Introduced in the Abydos Arc of the Main Story, where Handyman 68 were hired to deal with the Countermeasures Committee by the Kaiser PMC Director. But as the story progresses, these two factions soon buried the hatchet and occasionally assisted each other when in a pickle.
