Philip "The Governor" Blake

Philip "The Governor" Blake is a main antagonist of AMC's The Walking Dead, running a community titled Woodbury, hence his name. He hid his malicious intent, if any, and always redirected his people's dissatisfaction into entertainment. Briefly became involved with Andrea Harrison, then met the Chambler family.
