Phillip graves

Graves is a rat bastard. There's nothing to him outside of being a tacti-cool, outside-the-law, genocidal, narcissistic tool with a hint of a southern accent. There is no depth to him at all, so it's laughable to see people say he was such a deep an interesting character.
