However, the scheme backfired horribly and Pythor became one of the beast's first victims, along with Master Wu. Long thought to be deceased, Pythor resurfaced during the Nindroid crisis, allying with the Digital Overlord to seek revenge on the ninja. Once again, his schemes were foiled after he was shrunken by a shrinking pill, and the Golden Master was destroyed. Afterwards, he was sent to Kryptarium Prison.
