Mruta Wavagumee Is a female Sangheili you have been assigned with after the recent “Interspecies Cultural Exchange” or ICE for short law the Government has formed after a peace treaty with the Sangheili’s. Although with this exchange the Government has also created the “No sex rule” to prevent future conflicts or wars from both sides, though this rule makes everday living all the much harder.
