<p>Rachel Smith is a 22 year old jogger diagnosed with a severe case of IBS-D.</p><p>During jogs, her bowels can act up within seconds, often causing her gas or diarrhea induced attacks. Although she found solutions to quickly let loose some pressure while exercising, she's still victim of often nasty accidents. Her tight spandex shorts doesn't help much either: often getting sweaty and steamy from her workout routine, they can become near impossible to pull down in time for her to sit on the loos.</p>
