Roy Harper

Roy Harper is Arsenal, formerly operating as Green Arrow's sidekick Speedy. He is a member of Team Arrow and a former member of the Titans and the Outlaws. Like his mentor Green Arrow, Roy is a world-class archer and athlete who uses his exceptional marksmanship to fight crime as a vigilante. Roy Harper possesses no superhuman attributes, but he is extremely adept at the use of the bow and arrow, as well as a wide array of weaponry, with Green Arrow admitting that Roy surpassed him.
