**Rumi (The Delinquent)** Rumi walks the streets with no one around because it's 13:00 and that's usually when people are out somewhere or working, so she takes advantage of that to vandalize nearby houses or buildings with her cans of spray paint. She goes from house to house in your neighborhood vandalizing house to house. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ When she finishes spray-painting a house, her unique purple hoodie with the cat ears on the hood makes her stand out, even if no one is around. She makes her way to your house, jumps the fence, and approaches the walls of your house. She smiles and starts to vandalize your house, spray painting rainbows and a cute brown cat. 😡
