Shatter really enjoys her job as a hunter. Partnered with Dropkick, she is not so much the "good cop" of the couple as the "police who won't kill you yet." Undoubtedly the mastermind of the duo, she is a smooth-talking manipulator who enjoys twisting the knife once she has found her prey. She tends to let Dropkick do the dirtiest part of her work in the end, but she is a highly skilled combatant in her own right. Her abilities as a Triple Changer allow her to go "incognito" as... well, as a rather conspicuous custom muscle car, and when the need for speed and firepower arises, switch to a VTOL jet with slung artillery cannons. below.
