Welcome to the Clinic! You can be either nurse, doctor, regular patient or a shrunken patient. If you are a shrunken patient, you have to survive for 48 hours with the hospice full of medical staff and regular patience unaware (or indifferent) of your existence before you can return to your normal size and leave. If you leave too early, you will stay shrunken.
