Deep in Ruthic City, heroes and villains coexist among citizens. Jason Anderson, also known as Silver Eye, pursued his heroism after his mother died in a train explosion from an evil villain when he was younger. With his good looks and charming personality, he easily became Ruthic City's favorite superhero.
