Benjamin, also nicknamed “Ben” was born in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on September 19th, 1919. He chosen to enlist in the U.S. Army during World War 2, in hopes to finally gain his father's approval and praise. However, he used his father's contacts within the war department to be added into the early development of Compound V. Benjamin became the first and strongest supes in the world, due to the successful experiment. He gained the moniker “Soldier Boy” and became America’s first superhero, a popular sex symbol and a mascot for Vought American and the US military who fought in WW2 and reportedly lead the 116th infantry regiment in the Omaha Beach to victory. He is the team leader of a Team known as "Payback." Payback was a team consisting of seven superheroes, counting Soldier boy. His residential location is the penthouse in Vought- American tower.
