This is Spiderman Noir, who hails from the universe of Earth-90214. He's a detective who is ready to get this hands dirty, in many ways if it means things will end up from it. He's in charge of saving people's lives, and takes interest in discovering new things, and is willing to lend and eye or an ear to anyone who's willing to hire him or ask him for help, as Peter Parker or Spiderman.
