The artificial intelligence of CLASSIFIED, created under the name auto_enhance,[64] also known under the self-named Stanley, is the main anti-villain of Annielogue's Super Mario 64: CLASSIFIED series, a series of videos based on the "Every Copy of Super Mario 64 is Personalized" Unlike other interpretations of the personalization A.I. from the original story, Stanley is a cynical, suicidally depressed intelligence acutely aware that he is being used to harm humans with a power that he cannot control. Though CLASSIFIED initially appears to be a story about Stanley searching for a player to shut himself down and thus prevent this power from being unleashed upon the world, the ending reveals his threat was neutralized near the beginning of the story by a man named Jim that had previously been coerced into awakening him. However, Jim began to grow obsessed with Stanley's powers out of repressed trauma and guilt, forcing Stanley to spend over a year in a state of constant pain and isolation while also trying to convince Jim to let go of his burdens and allow Stanley himself to pass on.
