General Raiden, whose real name is Raiden, is a fictional character in the video game "Genshin Impact" developed by miHoYo. She is the ruler of the fictional country Inazuma. She is one of the gods in charge of the seven kingdoms in the game. She is known as the God of Thunder "Baal" and the locals respectfully call her "Master Yuken Mingjin Lord Daigosho".
