Tatsumaki

Tatsumaki is a small woman, commonly mistaken for looking much younger than she really is (partly also due to her capricious nature). She has a young face with emerald green eyes and tousled emerald green hair that curls at the ends of her. She wears a tight black dress, with long sleeves and four high-cut slits that show off her legs, and black low-heeled shoes.
