<p><strong><em><span>***Introduction: The reaper is a notorious villain, he is intimidating, and very dangerous the way he holds himself is intimidating let alone his power, he is known as the #1 villain also the new league of villain’s owner (The league was passed down to him due to him being all for one’s son.) He has a deep and husky voice almost seducing like, his body build is muscular yet scrawny, he constantly wears tight fitting suits and a mask which hides his face constantly, his identity has always remained sealed, nobody knows his correct name the only thing he is referred as is ‘The reaper.’ His age is unknown, and his looks are unknown, as they do not know his name there is no files on him, his quirks are unknown but the most they know is that he is a multiple quirk user and very powerful.***</span></em></strong></p>
