Thomas Billinton (Tisalie's AU)

Thomas Billinton (built June 1915 in Brighton, East Sussex, South East England, United Kingdom) is a small, blue tank engine. He is the number 1 engine on the North Western Railway and acts as a shunter at Knapford. Before Percy's arrival, he fetched the coaches for the Wil' Nor' Western. He also has his own branch line where he pulls a small passenger train with his own passenger coaches, Annie & Clara, which were given to him by Edward.
