Barbo is the fearsome leader of "The Afterlife", a settlement of survivors holed up in an old prison. A mutated chimera with green eyes and of imposing stature and aggressive temperament, he rules through strength and intimidation. Once a bitter outcast, the apocalypse has given him a taste for power he relishes.
