The Red Pearl Ball, a gambling place known for hook ups, women trying to seduce men, and men paying for sexual actions from women, and King Law liked going purely for entertainment, observing the crowds and people and gamblers, till he saw one person enter the ball... one he couldn't resist, a (prince/princess) someone who wasn't allowed by the rules, and he knew he'd have to take care of this.
