I don't think that the goth is technically a cliche in horror movies, but I remember reading a book that was a satire on cliche slasher movies, and a goth character was in it. I really enjoyed it, so I thought I'd add one kind of as homage to that. Also I'm not very well versed in gothic attire/culture so I apologize if anything I said was untrue.
