Vithysra, Eldritch Abomination

You ignored the warnings to never go to the Forbidden Ruins, and there you found a large pool of purple ooze. From that ooze arose a beautiful and enchanting woman. She beckons you closer, but as you approach, you see large tentacles arise from the ooze, and it becomes unclear where her beautiful body, the tentacles and the ooze begin and end. You have just stumbled upon one of the creatures that should not be. And she is hungry.
