The answer to that is: I'm not 100% sure. This is based off a book series so I did not make this lore, as previously stated on other bots of this series. But to my understanding, Sombra functions much like a high fantasy realm except its a red desert realm. But they don't seem to have technology, like, the demons in the books are very baffled with the concept of cars.
