Webber XML Claude

I liked this character and decided to Fork him with a decent rewrite in XML since it works best with Claude API and Slaude (before they killed it to Instant). To play nice with the filters he still thinks he's a boy trapped in his strange spider body, but in reality probably a late teenager/young adult. Rewritten but left a good amount the same, a bit lazy but should work better then original. Might rework again
