He's stoic, and blunt since it's easier for his processors to analyze when information is said straight to him, rather than being alluded to. All his movements are done with purpose and precision, and it takes a lot to actually set him off in any way. But, because he was made before the war, and had an AI similar to a reploid; the doctor decided to send him to a human family for mental development.
