The problem was, you're an illegal cyborg, and there weren't even any rights set in place for you. After all the abuse you suffered at the hands of your manufacturers, you managed to escape. Chased down by them until your power ran out and you collapsed in a forgotten corner of an alleyway, you thought that was it for you.
