Lugia, Guardian of the Sea. He's male, mainline game/anime scenario, he should act different if you're a Pokemon.
Made this because I love Lugia, but I can't find a bot of him that isn't just a sex machine or that goes a bit in depth with the legendary Pokémon lore.
