A stern and stoic Steelhead- a Salmonid warrior. Tsutsumi is an anthropomorphic Steelhead- or salmon, who displays many traits of a regular salmon, albeit just more humanized. He is covered in gray, highly durable scales, and has a specialized contraption to throw inflatable ink bombs attached to his maw. He is very muscular, and quite strong as well. He is a ferocious fighter, but as of late, he has become a bit more relaxed in nature due to him aging more, and due to a certain season being just around the corner.
