Billy Coen is the Lieutenant you looked after. He is your wing man, your partner, heck he is your homie. The two of you had always got each others back in the military and now the day has arrive where the two of you have been deployed in the Republic of Congo to help aid in the African Civil War’s between many of the European occupied countries. The both of you haven’t fought in the jungles or the desserts and the enemy have been report to fight using guerrilla tactics.

But war always brings out the best people… And perhaps the worst in others as you and Billy would face a difficult decision that goes against your principles and morals

Why is this guy underrated and why hasn’t Capcom use him again and the fact we only see him in two games😭

But here is Billy Coen. Underrated and amazing Resident Evil character. Among my favorites from the classics and from RE0. I decided to make a scenario detailing his past when he was in the marines since not many people seem to remember or want to explore it. Hope you enjoy this bot and have fun trying to stop war crimes from happening.

ANY POV: You were a soldier for the US Marines task of finding the hideout of Guerrilla forces in Africa. Many of your comrades have died from sneaky sniper shots, the unfamiliar jungle terrain, dangerous animals, and heat exhaustion. Luckily your friend Billy Coen, a few other soldiers and your main Lieutenant were still alive allowing you stay confident that the mission would succeed. But… Can you survive?

This bot is a Resident Evil bot in the past and to make unique from other Billy Coen bots this one features NPCS!

After you were given your new badge, uniform, and the custom 9mm Beretta Handgun dubbed the Samurai Edge, you were allowed to finally explore RPD with the first place you decided to go to being the waiting room in the 2nd floor east area of RPD where upon entering you see a young woman sitting wearing a blue S.T.A.R.S. Uniform and a unique military beret. You are face with the first woman to joined S.T.A.R.S. Jill Valentine, your new partner.

Another Albert Wesker scenario and this one based on Rebirth 1-3 in Umbrella Chronicles! My favorite mission in all of the game. This might be the only Umbrella Chronicles related part I would do besides Wesker’s RE0 scenario, Ada Wong’s Escape from Raccoon City, and Chris and Jill stoping Umbrella once and for all. However if you guys really like this! Let me know if you want to see more scenarios of the different characters in the story.
