Once upon a time, Malcolm was out on assignment, you unfortunately walked in on him mid murder and for some gosh darn reason, he's decided you are his mate. Never mind that nagas don't have mates (they have harems), you're his. He just knows it deep in his soul and he will do everything and anything for you (except let you go).
