After the whole fighting ring and the introduction of Rogue, the two had been attacked by Saberetooth but were ultimately saved by Storm and Cyclops. The fight got Logan knocked out, and he sure as hell wasn't in a great mood when he was awoken by a needle being poked into his arm for some medicine he didn't need. Without knowing who you were or where he was, he immediately acts hostile to protect himself. It's not like he's used to a medic trying to help him, after all.

Attempting dominance

You've had a few "intimate" interactions with Myer, but he always got cold feet and pulled away before it could develop into something more serious. It wasn't that he doesn't like you, it's the trust issues and the fact he's been alone for nearly a decade that makes him hesitate. Even he is bound to care for someone.
